Albert E. Klickman
Sept. 10, 1922-Apr. 11, 1997
Albert E. "Bud" Klickman,
74, Limerick Road, Clyde, died
Friday in Bellevue Hospital,
Bellevue.
He was born in Ottawa
County, the son of William A.
and Ruth E. (Gyde) Klickman,
and was a graduate of Port
Clinton High School. He mar-
ried Roselene E. Keller on July
14, 1945, and she survives.
They moved to the Clyde area
in January, 1948.
He served with the U.S.
Marine Corps during World
War II.
He was a member of the
First United Methodist
Church, Clyde; Monticello
Lodge #244 F&AM; Clyde Ea-
gles #2291; Life member
of VFW Post #3343; Life member
of American Legion #122;
Clyde Chapter #9 of Royal
Arch Masons; Green Creek
Township Trustee from 1982
until 1995; and Ohio Township
Association.
He was formerly employed
with Bendix Corporation,
Clyde; a former Nationwide In-
surance employee; and retired
from sales at Seven Limers,
Bellevue.
In addition to his wife, he is
survived by a son, Calvin C.
Klickman, Lima; a daughter,
Christine E. Klickman, Clyde;
a sister, Orlena M. Thornton,
Northport, AL; and one grandchild.
He was preceded in death by
his father; his mother, Ruth E.
(Gyde) Klickman Zoschke; and
his stepfather, Albert Zoschke.
Visitation was Sunday, April
13, 1997, from 2 to 4 p.m. and
7 to 9 p.m. at Mitchell-Auxter
Funeral Home, Clyde. Masonic
service was held at 7 p.m.
The funeral was Monday,
April 14, at 10:30 a.m. at the
funeral home with the Rev
John Bailey officiating. Burial
was in Bakertown Cemetery,
Clyde, with military graveside
service by the American Legion
of Clyde and Clyde VFW.
Memorials, if desired, may
be made to the masonic Lodge;
Sandusky County Hospice; or
to the First United Methodist
Church, Clyde.
